Monsoon rains continue to create havoc in many parts of India and there seems no end to it. While they have spelled trouble for Orissa in the form of floods, rains and snowfall have triggered landslides and building collapses in Himachal Pradesh. According to authorities in Orissa rescue and relief work has been stepped up, but locals complain that though rescue teams have been providing them with assistance, it has not reached everyone.
