More wealth at Sathya Sai's chamber

District officials on Tuesday found valuables including gold, silver and cash worth millions in yet another inventory of the spiritual leader Sathya Sai Baba's chamber and hermitage in Andhra Pradesh. The inventory continued for the second consecutive day on Tuesday at Baba's ashram Prasanthi Nilayam and Yajur Mandir, the personal chambers of Baba, in Puttaparthi. The inventory, the third in a month, yielded 34.5 kg of gold, 340 kg of silver and Rs.1.90 crore of cash by Monday night. Meanwhile, the Collector and District Magistrate of Anantapur District V. Durga Das said the inventories found were mostly donations given to the spiritual leader by his followers.
