Mumbai civic polls: Chavan denies foulplay in ticket distribution

Maharashtra chief minister, Prithviraj Chavan has denied all allegations of irregularities in the ticket distribution for Mumbai Municipal Corporation polls, stressing that the civic body polls is very important for the state and the Congress party. Speaking to mediapersons after releasing the election manifesto for the next month's civic elections in Mumbai, Chavan said that time has come to introduce some changes in the mismanaged civic body for the past 17 years.
