My brother didn’t even get our letters: Dalbir Kaur

The battle has been on for more than 2 decades as Sarabjit's family is trying to fight for justice for him. His sister Dalbir said there were times when her brother wouldn't even be given their letters or even the auspicious Rakhi that she would send for him.
