My government is ready for talks with Maoists: Soren

Newly elected Jharkhand chief Shibu Soren, while addressing the media persons at Ranchi on Sunday, said that he is ready to hold peace talks with the Maoists and prompt them to be integrated with the mainstream of society. He also said that his government is ready to address the grievances of the rebels. Soren added that his government would not launch a major offensive against Maoist rebels, provided they remained silent.
