Nandy clarifies on Dalit remark

After raking up controversy at the ongoing Jaipur Literature Festival, by blaming lower castes and tribes for the corruption in the society, noted sociologist and political psychologist Ashis Nandy has clarified on his remark by saying that his comment had been misinterpreted. Following considerable furor for the remark, Nandy clarified that all that he had meant was that corruption by Dalits was noticed more.
