Net neutrality: We must strive for non-discriminatory net architecture, says Ravi Shankar Prasad

Telecom minister Ravi Shankar Prasad says net neutrality has many implications, advantages and limitations. It's important to find out what architecture is required to address it, technical or regulatory, he says. Prasad spoke about net neutrality during an interaction at Hindustan Times Delhi office on April 17. He called for a structured view on net neutrality. The issue of net neutrality has gained momentum in India over this month, with a few protests in favour of it being organised by campaigners.
