Hectic parleying is on in Jammu and Kashmir after the election results threw up a hung assembly on Sunday. Of the 87 assembly seats at stake, the National Conference party became the region's biggest winner after claiming 28 seats, but still well short of a majority. Congress leader and former chief minister of state, Ghulam Nabi Azad said that his party was thinking of getting outside support to cobble an alliance.
