'No ultimatum to Pak'

Foreign Minister Pranab Mukherjee on Sunday urged Pakistan to fulfill its commitment on combating terrorism but said no ultimatum was given. Pakistan has condemned the attacks and denied any state role, blaming 'non-state actors'. Mukherjee said that Pakistan was creating “war hysteria” and was trying to deflect the issue rather than tackling it.
