India's Junior Home (Interior) Minister on Friday May 23 blamed the Hindu nationalist provincial government of Rajasthan state for not paying heed to intelligence warnings on last week's serial blasts in capital Jaipur that killed around 60 and wounded hundreds. Speaking to reporters in western Pune city, Sriprakash Jaiswal said the federal intelligence agencies passed on alerts but the Bharatiya Janata Party government failed to act on it.
