The Indian government has issued notices to all the controversial beneficiaries in the 2G-spectrum scam. HRD Minister Kapil Sibal, who also heads Communication and IT, said this while addressing a press conference at New Delhi on Monday. Sibal replaced A Raja, who was accused of irregularities in the allocation of 2G telecom spectrum licenses, and resigned after a meeting with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on November 14.
