After CD controversy, the co-chairman of the drafting committee of the Lokpal Bill, Shanti Bhushan landed in a fresh trouble today. According to a national daily, Shanti Bhushan and his lawyer son Jayant were allotted two 10,000-square-metre plots in Noida, without carrying out draws and auctions. Former Additional Solicitor General Vikas Singh, who is also the petitioner in the Noida farmland allotment case, on Wednesday, accused Noida authorities of favouritism for giving prime farmland to the Bhushans, without following any standard process.
