Obama, Singh hold bilateral talks

Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and US President Barack Obama met in Bali on Friday on the sidelines of the 19th ASEAN Summit. Addressing American concerns over the Nuclear Liability Law, Prime Minister Singh made it clear that India can function only within the framework of its domestic laws. President Obama also said that both nations continue to make progress on a wide range of international issues and are exploring ways to work together not only at bilateral front, but at the multilateral level too.
