India's newly appointed Telecom Minister, Kapil Sibal in New Delhi on Thursday, said that the ministry has decided to set up one man committee to probe 2G spectrum scam. He said that the appointed official would investigate the allocations of spectrum to all telecom service licenses given during 2001-09. India's premier probe agency, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), has been investigating irregularities in the allocation of 2G spectrum licenses since 2009.
