Operation against Naxals hurting people’s interest: Medha Patkar

Addressing a news conference in New Delhi on Tuesday, India's renowned social activist Medha Patkar expressed that the Offensive by Indian security forces against Maoist rebels in the country is hurting people's interests. The central government recently launched a major offensive against Naxals, with an aim to curb their increasing violence.
