PAC has mandate to investigate any scam: Joshi

Bharatiya Janata Party senior leader Murali Manohar Joshi, and Chairperson of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) said on Monday that the parliamentary panel has the mandate to investigate any scam. Joshi said that in case the Joint Parliamentary Committee is not formed to conduct a probe into the 2G-telecom spectrum allocations scam, the PAC could investigate all aspects of the scam. He added that it is the job of the PAC to account for the taxpayers' money.
