Pak Govt and Kasab's kin informed about execution: Khurshid

External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid today disclosed that the Pakistan Government and Ajmal Kasab's family had been informed about the execution. Khurshid further informed that New Delhi has not received any information from the Pakistani Government or family members of Kasab for the body. Khurshid said that India treats everyone equally under rule of law and law was implemented with total transparency after giving Kasab all legal options. Meanwhile asking the government to expedite the whole process of mercy petitions, BJP spokesperson, Ravi Shankar Prasad demanded quick action against Afzal Guru, who masterminded the attack on parliament in December 2001.
