After paying tributes to the martyrs of the Parliament terror attack, which took place nine years ago, both houses of the parliament were adjourned for 24th consecutive day over JPC issue. No sooner that the Lok Sabha speaker Meira Kumar read out a message paying tribute to nine people killed in the attack, the opposition members started creating ruckus demanding a JPC in the 2-G spectrum allocation. Firstly Speaker adjourned the house till noon and then for the day since logjam continued.
