Parties call for a consensus on Lokayukta clause

While most of the regional parties are hell bent on passing the Lokpal bill for the central government, mixed response has been coming in on the inclusion of Lokayukta clause in the bill. Commenting over the idea of dropping the clause from the Lokapl bill, BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi has said that all parties and especially state governments who have shown dissent at the clause should reach a common consensus.
