PCTE Ludhiana attracting foreign students

A relatively cheaper cost of education and living offered by the Punjab College of Technical Education, PCTE in Ludhiana has been attracting scores of students from abroad, the African nations in particular. In the current academic year, 18 foreign students from African countries have enrolled and the total number of scholars from abroad in PCTE has gone upto 32.
