PM ensures punishment for those behind Guwahati blasts

Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Friday ensured punishment for those responsible for Guwahati blasts. Prime Minister Singh on Thursday met victims of the serial blasts that killed at least five persons and wounded another 26. Prime Minister Singh has sanctioned a compensation of rupees 200 thousand to the next of kin of those deceased and rupees 100 thousand each to the seriously injured from his relief fund.
