PM Modi's acche din government has failed the country: Rahul Gandhi speaks in Lok Sabha

Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, who launched his party's attack on the government over the land bill at a large farmers' rally in Delhi on Sunday, addressed the Lok Sabha on Monday afternoon during a discussion on the crisis facing farmers after unseasonal rains. Slamming the BJP government and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Mr Gandhi said the 'acche din government' had failed the country. It is Rahul's first speech in the present House, which was constituted last year after the May general elections.
