PM rejects BJP charge of government misusing CBI

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday refuted charges made by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), that the Congress has influenced the investigation into the fake encounter case of Sohrabuddin Sheikh He said the case is a Supreme Court-directed probe and said that CBI is not mouthpiece of congress The Bharatiya Janta Party has alleged that central government had been misusing the agency to gain political mileage.
