Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is headed to Sikkim today to see for himself the devastation wreaked on the North-Eastern hill state by the earthquake on the 18th of September. But NewsX has visited areas where no govt authority or media has reached apart from the Army. NewsX's Shivpujan Jha brings you this exclusive ground report. NewsX's final stop a week after the Sikkim quake was Chungthang, the worst affected area of Sikkim. Its people, the most embittered by the lack of the govt's response to their tragic plight.
