PM using law min as human shield over coalgate: BJP

Two days after CBI director Ranjit Sinha filed a 2-page affidavit in the Supreme Court stating that the draft status report on the infamous coal scam had been shared with Union law minister Ashwini Kumar, the BJP alleged that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was using the law minister as a human shield. BJP Spokesperson, Prakash Javadekar also informed that the party will hold nationwide protests on 4-5 May against the Congress-led UPA's massive corruptions and subsequent cover-ups.
