Police bias in terror investigation

India's radical Hindu outfit Vishwa Hindu Parishad blamed central government of being biased to Hindus caught in terrorist attack. Anti-Terrorism Squad of Maharashtra state has arrested of holy-woman Pragya Singh, a radical Hindu activist, for her suspected involvement in September 29 blasts in western Malegaon, a Muslim dominated area, killing five people. The ATS arrested five people including Hindu activists and two retired army officials for their suspected role in the blast.
