Policymaking best left to govt: Sibal on 2G auction

Citing sensationalism as the main reason for the collapse of telecom growth, Union Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal today emphasized that policy must remain prerogative of the government and said that policymaking is best left to the government; however its wrong implementation can be open to judicial review. He also said that India is no longer a 'story we can share with the world' and added that by sensationalizing the hen that laid egg has been destroyed.
