Polio free India to get WHO certification

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, President Pranab Mukherjee, Congress Chief Sonia Gandhi, Health Minister Gulam Nabi Azad and the Director General of the World Health Organisation (WHO), Margaret Chan, attended an event held in New Delhi to celebrate India's 'victory over polio'.
