Political parties demand action on Satyam fraud

A number of political parties on Friday demanded action against those responsible for Satyam computers scam. Leaders of communist parties and Telugu Desam Party met acting finance minister Pranab Mukherjee in this regard. Sitaram Yechury said that the prime minister should take the lead in initiating action against the guilty. Meanwhile, Telugu Desam Party leader Chandrababu Naidu asked the government to prosecute the guilty.
