Pranab backs Mamata over 'Azad remarks'

Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee on Sunday backed Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee on her statement of the killing of Maoist politburo member Cherukuri Rajkumar, alias Azad. He further said that he did not feel Banerjee's statement contradicted the UPA's state policies. Mukherjee further said that if Mamata thought the Maoist issue could be solved through dialogue, then every person has the right to express it.
