Pranab Mukherjee arrives in Tehran for NAM Meet

The External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee on Monday reached Iranian capital Tehran to seek the support of Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) countries that are members of the IAEA and the NSG. Mukherjee will meet the Foreign Ministers of Cyprus, Belarus and Algeria. He is expected to brief all leaders on the India-specific safeguards agreement, which is crucial for the implementation of the US-India civil nuclear deal.
