Pratibha's fiscal hope

President of India Pratibha Devisingh Patil on Friday noted that though India with its large dynamic, domestic markets has an edge over the others, the Government's monetary packages should generate popular confidence. Addressing the seventh edition of Pravasi Bharatiya Divas, the three-day annual Diaspora meet held at Chennai, President said India should strengthen its economy to shield it from affects of the global financial crises.
