Home Secretary G K Pillai said on Monday that Pune blast that killed nine and wounded 60, was likely executed by Pakistan trained ultras. Pillai said investigators stumbled upon what has been coined as 'the Karachi Project', based on the interrogation of terror suspect David Coleman Headley in the US. However, Pillai did not confirm foreign hand at this stage into the attack. Meanwhile, Maharashtra police confirmed the blast investigations into the right track.
