Quattrocchi extradition getting tougher

Updated on Mar 12, 2007 06:55 pm IST

The CBI's quest for Italian businessman Ottavio Quattrocchi, the accused in the Bofors case, is getting tougher by the day. The team made a trip to Misiones where Quattrocchi was arrested, only to find out that the extradition papers had still not reached the judge. On the other hand, CBI has sidelined itself from the delay in disclosing the detention of the Bofors payoff accused, Quattrocchi, in Argentina, blaming the cover-up on MEA.
