Quattrocchi extradition: Judge cites absence of Interpol notice
Updated on Jun 16, 2007 02:21 am IST
The absence of the Interpol Red Corner notice of 1997 is cited as one of the reasons for the decision of an Argentine court to decline India's extradition request for Bofors pay-off case accused Ottavio Quattrocchi. Earlier, the CBI was dealt another blow on June 12 when Judge Harichi Doi of the First Court of El Dorado ordered the prosecution to pay Quattrocchi's legal fees.
