While addressing a seminar hosted by the Alumni Association of IIT Roorkee in New Delhi on Sunday, Rajendra Kumar Pachauri, Nobel laureate, hoped that the countries would reach a time bound agreement to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases at climate change summit in Mexico City. Meanwhile, Pachauri also said that nobody was happy with the outcome of the Copenhagen Summit on the climate change.
