Updated on Sept 16, 2010 10:59 pm IST
Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi on Thursday came out strongly in support of J&K chief Omar Abdullah saying Kashmir is a tough job and the state's youngest Chief Minister, under fire for his handling of the crisis, needed more time. Meanwhile, Omar Abdullah said he was "grateful" for Gandhi's backing. Meanwhile, Rahul also criticised the Left front and said that the government would join hands with the Trinamool Congress (TMC) party chief Mamata Banerjee because it backs Bengalis.
