Rahul kick-starts election campaign in Bihar

Sensing a rise in political temperatures in Bihar ahead of this year's assembly elections, Congress party general secretary Rahul Gandhi launched the party's election campaign in the state in Saharsa on Saturday. He used his address at a party rally to criticise Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's claims that the state has witnessed growth. Gandhi said if that had been so, then why were people still emigrating.
