Rajasthan high court issues notice to Lalit Modi

The Rajasthan High Court issued a notice to the Indian Premier League chairman Lalit Modi on Friday for leaving the country without the prior permission of the court. The High Court asked Modi why his bail should not be cancelled in relation to a police case filed against him for not giving money to the victims of Jaipur blast, which was announced during IPL season 1 in 2008, in the presence of the then Chief Minister Vasundhra Raje.
