Rajasthan sculptors suffer, courtesy Gujjar agitation

Sculptors from Sikandra village in Dausa district of Rajasthan are facing problems due to the Gujjar ethnic community's agitation for quotas. During the agitation, recurring almost every year, highways are blocked and businesses shut, triggering the sculptors and trained stone to desert. Traffic along the crucial highways linking northern and western India has also been severely hit.
