The Paraplegic Rehabilitation Centre (PRC) at Mohali in Punjab is a virtual godsend for soldiers who have suffered disabilities while fighting the enemy. Thirty-seven soldiers of the Indian Army are at present receiving rehabilitation therapy at the PRC, 24 of whom are paralysed below the waist while the other 13 have all limbs paralysed.
