Relations with Pak on path to normalization: PM

PM Manmohan Singh breathed an air of optimism after his meeting with Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif in New York by saying that relations with its nuclear-armed neighbour are moving towards normalization. The meeting, which was held on the sidelines of Singh's visit to the US to address the United Nations General Assembly, lasted for more than an hour and India called the talks “useful: while Pakistan called the atmosphere “very positive”.
