Taking advantage of their apparent rupture in ties, regional leaders from a spectrum of parties slammed Bihar chief Nitish Kumar for, the monetary compensation extended by Gujarat chief Narendra Modi for the rehabilitation of the flood victims. In his usual and inimitable satirical manner, RJD chief Lalu Prasad on Sunday questioned Nitish Kumar's decision of returning the monetary aid to Modi, months before the state goes for polls. He also hinted that the 'spat' between the two leaders was nothing but a sham.
