In a shocking revelation, senior IAS officer Ashok Khemka has submitted to the Harayana government a 100 page report alleging that Congress supremo Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law, Robert Vadra used false registration documents for the sale of a 3.5 acre land to real estate giant DLF for Rs. 58 crore.
