The Income Tax officials on Friday seized nearly Rs 2.25 crore from a car in Namkund at Ranchi, while on a vigilance duty, as the parliament polls are being held for the Rajya Sabha in Uttarakhand. The car belongs to the brother of RK Aggarwal, who is a candidate for the parliamentary polls. Meanwhile, elections for Rajya Sabha pollings were also conducted in Uttarakhand, where all the political leaders turned up to vote and elect the candidate of their choice. Commenting on the possibilities, BJP leader Ramesh Pokhriyal said that the ruling Congress party has a majority by a narrow margin and hence there is a possibility for a shift in power.
