SC relief for Lalu Yadav in fodder scam case

The Supreme Court on Tuesday restrained a Jharkhand court from delivering the judgement in fodder scam case involving the former Bihar chief minister Lalu Prasad Yadav. Recently a lawyer of Yadav blamed the CBI for implicating his client and added that the Jharkhand high court had rejected their petition calling for transfer of the case.
