Former Karnataka chief minister BS Yeddyurappa today said that the Supreme Court's appointed Central Empowered Committee's (CEC) decision for a CBI probe against him for his alleged role in the mining scam was not final, and the Supreme Court is yet to take a final decision. A high-level panel of CEC headed by PV Jayakrishanan, submitted its report to the apex court after going through the documents submitted by the NGO Samaja Parivartana Samudaya (SPS), citing gross irregularities in allotments of mining leases by the former CM and his relatives.
