Separatist groups in Kashmir on Sunday made a fresh appeal for poll boycott, a day before elections begin in 10 constituencies of the state. The seven-phase polling will begin from November 17 and end on December 24. Muslim separatist leaders have called for a boycott saying New Delhi will use draconian anti-terror laws and its thousands of troops to try to legitimize their rule.
