External affairs minister SM Krishna met Pakistan's President Asif Ali Zardari in Islamabad to review the progress made in the peace process so far and to chalk out the path ahead - to build on the gains made so far. On a three-day visit to Pakistan, Krishna is scheduled to meet his Pakistani counterpart Hina Rabbani Khar to push the fragile peace process between the nuclear-armed south Asian neighbours forward. Krishna who had meetings with leaders of several Pakistani political parties earlier in the day said that he had come to Pakistan with a message of goodwill from the government and people of India.
