Socio-eco issues need to be tackled to curb Maoist menace: Prakash Karat

Prakash Karat, General Secretary of Communist Party of India (Marxist) in Guwahati on Tuesday said, socio-economic issues need to be tackled as the first step while tackling the Maoist menace in the country. While commenting on IPL, Karat said that black money was involved in the tournament.
